The brainchild of Michelin Star chef and restaurateur Terry Laybourne of Cafe 21 fame, Flyingfish were commissioned to produce a book that would fulfil Terry's passion to promote great food and the finest local ingredients from the best producers in the region.
The finished result is an engaging 240 page book of Terry's journey throughout Northumbria profiling the artisan producers with 80 unique recipes using local produce and complemented by stunning photography by Duncan Davis.
