The former Seimens/Atmel fabrication plant at Cobalt Park was acquired and the 100,000 sq ft office block converted in to a business centre with a conference venue for up to 500 delegates.
The branding was created with a strong corporate tone, to project a professional, confident and established feel. It was also designed to make occupiers feel part of the greater Cobalt community rubbing shoulders with blue chip organisation such as HP, Orange and P&G.
